After the exciting and a very successful conclusion of GAPI/AAPI Annual Convention in Atlanta, Georgia from July 3 through July 7, 2019, the action moved to Hyderabad, India. Many GAPI members including Dr. Jonnalagadda, Dr. Gangasani, Dr. Lolabattu, and Dr. Erramilli attended the Global Health Summit in the second half of July. Dr. Suresh Reddy, the current AAPI President helmed the events in this summit. This was attended by many political and medical leaders and attendees from India and US. Many new Health initiatives, collaborations, and CME were among the activities during the event.

The current GAPI members have been active and the Website team has updated the list of current Executive committee and Board of Directors and Trustees. The local chapters will be arranging the meetings during the next few months. Dates will be announced shortly. The local chapter of GAPI in Augusta arranged for a Dinner for its members with Financial Advisor, Manohar Kasetty from Metlife on July 11th, 2019. The event was well attended by local physicians and concluded with dinner and discussion.
